This website is operated by ValueLab Consulting Kft. ("ValueLab"), a limited liability company registered in Hungary. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement — this site alone does not constitute an offer or professional advice.
2. Permitted use
You may use this site for lawful, personal or business information purposes. You may not (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems, (b) use automated tools to scrape or overload the site, (c) reproduce substantial parts of the site's content for commercial use without written permission, or (d) submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including copy, graphics, the ValueLab logo and the CLEAR Survey mark, our methods and frameworks — is owned by ValueLab or its licensors and is protected under Hungarian and EU intellectual property law. CLEAR Survey™ is a proprietary ValueLab method; the name and method may not be reproduced without written consent.
4. The Blind Spot Radar
The Blind Spot Radar is a self-assessment tool provided free of charge and for informational purposes only. Its output is a directional indication based on your own inputs, not a professional assessment of your organisation. Any decisions you take on the basis of the Radar remain your responsibility.
5. Disclaimers and liability
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but the site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValueLab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law (including for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

We may link to third-party sites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Budapest, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
